Just Moved (SLC), New Job, Strength Training, Calorie Counting

I just moved to to the west 4 months ago to start a new job at a reference lab. My S.O. went off to army officer training last week so I've got too much free time and I'm trying to work on myself!
I've been on MFP off and on for almost 4 years. It has helped me keep of 10 lbs and lose more intermittently. I develop worse habits when I don't calorie count, but some of the good habits have stuck over the years.
My current goal is to become more muscular. I'm already fairly strong for a woman, but I also carry enough fat to go with the muscle. I'm not out to become an instagram fitness model, just a more toned version of myself!

Good luck on your new adventure. I have been on MFP for years too and it has helped me stay on track immensely.0
