The days you hate everything and everybody

Options
I'm sure we've all been there, but I'm having on of those I hate everything and everybody days. The only thing that's saving me is a good workout. I'm a computer tech teacher for grades prek - 5th grade. I don't get them often but today is what I call a GRRRR day. What is your favorite workout for days like this?

Kickboxing! Sometimes you just need to get that aggression out LOL

    Hope your day gets better!

I'm new to working out, so I don't have one yet really!

Forever though my go to has been massively multi-player online role playing games, or other role playing games. I play Lord of the Rings Online (too cheap to pay for WoW) and kill orcs and goblins until I feel better, usually an hour - by then my butt is sore.

Now I'd probably do that and go for a ride on my stationary bike. Then hide in my bedroom with a book or my knitting.

Out to the wood pile with the ax. Cardio, strength and aggression training.

It used to be powerlifting...heavy squats and deads.

Now I like to take a strong pre-workout and get a bro pump. I put on some Wu-Tang and do skull crusherz and all the bicep curls.

I feel this so hard... for me it's either a long run alone somewhere with greenery, or a fun podcast on the elliptical. But anything that gets me sweating; lower body super sets are pretty good for this.

I had one of these days yesterday... thankfully I had a PT session booked. 200+ Squats and some boxing later and I felt like a new woman!

If I don't have a PT session though, a good long run will usually sort me out!

For me it's a long run alone or a cycle class that really pushes me.

Stepmania. Lots of jumps. Like, all the jumps, and digging my heels into the mat until it hurts. (It feels somewhat like stabbing with one's legs. It is highly therapeutic for anger.)

@mae_bud The Moth, Two Dope Queens and Story Collider make me feel; Invisibilia, 99 Percent Invisible, Suprisingly Awesome, Planet Money, Science Vs., Pod Save The People, make me think.
