I have just bitten the bullet and employed a personal trainer. Never thought I would have to do that, but here I am. My problem is, I don't do diets. I prefer to use MFP and a bit of nutritional knowledge and make lifestyle changes. My biggest problem, I like to socialise which always includes alcohol, especially beer! Ummmmm not great for the calorie count!!!! Anyone got any great ideas other than giving up my social life. Lol

I'm down in Hobart. Also not a fan of diets and like mfp for keeping an eye on what and how much I eat, and tracking exercise. I don't socialize as much as I'd like to, but I do drink a lot more wine than I probably should0
