Day 2 of my Challenge for New Year

I use to exercise regularly but is been years and never been on a diet started logging food and cut out high calorie foods now eating between 1,500 to 2,000 calories a day previously I was doubling and gaining fat weight.

Maybe we can motivate each other. I need to cut calories and cut out high fat foods also. That is gonna be hard because I love ice cream.0

You may want to check out halo top.... It's not rich and creamy like normal icecream, but it may allow you to fit icecream in to your calories more easily0 -

I gave up reduce fat yogurt because is a dairy product lactose(sugar) and it causes me to crave more sugar(food).1
