A huge milestone I'm so proud of, I don't know where I would be without MFP, I've lost and maintained 25-30 pounds, I'm 47 and feel fantastic thanks to MFP, I for once in my life have a grip on my weight and health. Thank you MFP, you keep me healthy and in check
