Someone help me. My scale nor tape measure has moved in the last month!!!. I am working out the same. Running 2-3 miles 2-3 times a week and doing the 30 day shred 3 times a week. I am on level 3 day 2 and my muscles have not been sore or aching for the last 3 weeks, even when I bump it up to 10lb wts. some one give me some Ideas on what i could be doing wrong. I am eating my calories, (sometimes a little over cause I can occ. burn 600 calories in one day). Help please.

oh AND do NOT overwork yourself. i saw a jillian michaels speech, and she said that you should only work out up to 5 hrs a week. and do not overdo it. ..
i say dont workout at the same time everyday.
do different stuff, for example. a 30 minute jog today.
tomorrow- off.
the next day- strength training, weight lifting for an hour.
off
then cardio
off
etc etc.0 -
There are a lot of work outs that talk about "muscle confusion" being a big deal. Maybe you should not add more weight but do something that is a diff kind of workout than what you have been doing. Maybe your body is so used to moving in the same manner every day and need some kind of diff stimulation to get them restarted. Just an idea? Good luck with what ever you find that helps you, and don't give up! You are doing great!0

Read the link under my ticker called My Journey. When I was forced to give up exercise and focus on my food intake, the weight melted off. Our bodies need change. If you have fallen in to a regular routine, maybe it's time to change things up and challenge your body again. Good luck and hang in there! It will start dropping again.0 -
Maybe your body is adjusted to the workout routine you do. Try doing interval training, for example... If you plan on running 30 minutes try alternating between walking/running. I found I lose more weight when I get on the treadmill and power walk at an incline 2 min, rest at 3.5 for 1 min, sprint as fast as I can for 1 min, rest 1 min and repeat. Sometimes I mix it up by doing 5 min of this, then 5 min light jog and go back to 5 min of this again. Works like a charm. A friend also says running 5 and walking 5 for 45 minutes for her has melted off the weight faster than any exercise she's ever done. Hope this helps, good luck0
