To get the body I've always wanted before 30

Hi MFP peeps,

My name is Simone!

Thought I'd give this app a go to keep me motivated and more serious about my goals. I've never been 100% consistent or happy with getting results and I really want to curb that and gain my desired results.
I hope to maintain great habits and get to where I need to be in 2.5 years time ( with newly learned lifestyle behaviours).

I'm only looking to lose around 7-10kg but I'm mainly wanting to focus on my nutrition and tone.

    You can lose those 10 kgs in 20 weeks quite easily, set yourself a calorie intake to lose 1lb a week or so and get training

    You're under 30? Well, eat right and exercise and your body will do it all for you

    Wanna try being in your 50s and have 140 to lose, that's a whole different ball game.

    2.5 years? In 30 weeks you can be where you want
