Cruising in 4 months!

It has been years since I've had any success with weight loss. Back again, this time with a deadline... unless I want to buy an extra plane ticket, it's time for some change.

Doctor has me on low carb(<150gm/day), high protein (60-80gm/day)... and Contrave...which I'm starting this week.

I have 130-150lbs to lose (obv not all in 4 months). Looking for friends with similar goals and struggles.

    I am a frequent cruiser and also on contrave. Best advise for eating on a cruise...don't do the buffet; sit at a table and order breakfast and lunch. Avoid snacks and free ice cream. Order dessert only at dinner and eat half. Take the stairs and avoid the elevators. Stay hydrated; any bar will happily give you water. Avoid alcohol. Ask for no sauce on your entrees. I lost 2 pounds on my last cruise.
