I finally lost 30lbs and I'm down to 145lbs. I started at 175lbs January 2nd. I prefer the slow weight loss approach. I gave myself 12 months to achieve my weight loss goal. I'm not doing anything special other than counting steps, counting calories and very important being consistent with both daily. I'm short, 5'2" and pear shaped. My next goal is 135lbs.
Yesterday I was able to fit in to some stretchy size 8 pants, that's a miracle! I had assumed I won't be able to
wear size 8 pants until I'm in the 130s because of my shape. I carry most of my weight on my hips, butt and thighs. My ultimate weight loss goal is to fit comfortably into any size 8 pants.
See below my measurements and other info.
