ZERO MOTIVATION

I have zero motivation and love food, tried gym a few times but gave up after awhile, now I need a way to exercise without paying and that's not too difficult and that's somewhat fun!

    I invested in a few exercise DVD that I can do at home. Variety is the key. I mix in 3-4 mile walks as well. Good luck!

    Walking! Slowly /normal, and stretching doesn't have to be a deep stretch just time spent attempting it and you'll be deep stretching before you know or yoga! So many videos on yoga on YouTube to follow along to good luck!
