Hi, I'm working on reducing processed foods, sticking to whole foods as much as possible. If you are doing similar and want to share encouragement, strategies, please friend request me (leave a message with request).

    I'm not especially working on it, as I've had a whole foods based diet for a long time (primarily, I do eat things like cottage cheese and so on, and the occasional ice cream). Always enjoy exchanging ideas, however, especially with people who like eating seasonally and maybe live in similar climates.

    I'm probably not much help, although I eat very little processed foods, I also don't log my food either

    I struggled with this since processed foods are so freaking cheap and most fast food places use processed meat ...
