I did exactly what it said I put 3 tablespoons of chia seeds in but weighed them first and they came to 209 calories and considering the whole recipe is supposed to be 195 cals how is this ???

Looks like the calculation is wrong! Unless they are calculating a 'serve' as 2/3 (or some other proportion) of the whole pudding in which case they should say so.
I have a packet of black and white chia seeds. The label states each serving (which I would say is about a tablespoon) is 15g i.e. 288 kj (69 cal) and fat is 4.9g per serve. You should send a message to the blog to tell them.
Shows how important it is to check before eating.0 -
3 tablespoons of chia seeds for me (28g) came to 123 calories.0

Looks yummy but you're right, the chia seeds I use are 60 cal/Tblsp which is 180. No way is it 15 cal for milk, cocoa and strawberries. But I will try the recipe0

It's likely a difference in measurement, and why so many advocate weighing in grams rather than measuring with spoons.0
