Keep track of calories. Long as you burn more then you consume you'll lose weight.
You can eat whatever you like. Try to eat healthy food but the truth is you can lose wieght on a diet of debbie cakes and hershey bars as long as you stay under your daily calorie limit.0 -
Have you filled out your MFP profile page? There you get a suggestion of your daily calorie level. The main principle on MFP is Calorie Deficit. This comes from ensuring that your Calories In and your Calories Out, combine to be equal to or less than the suggested total.
It is more important to track how much you eat, rather than what you eat. It isn't wise to deprive yourself of the foods you love, just monitor the portion sizes and calorie values.
If you eat more calories than you should, you can balance that with burning more calories through additional exercise.0
