Here we go again

Hi everyone. I have been around the 220 mark now for a couple years. I keep getting back down to around 205, but then I have a bad week that turns into a bad month and then I end up back at 220 or even 230 at the beginning of this year. I'm posting this to try and get some support, cause I think that's one of the main things I'm missing right now. I'm starting this plan on Oct 1st and planning on keeping it this time. I'm 222 lbs as of today, and my goal is to lose 22 lbs by Christmas. Thanks for the support.

    Your story sounds just like me..decided tonight I can't keep doing this to myself. I don't feel well in many respects. I wish you the best and know we can all get healthier and happier before the new year!!

    I'm restarting and I'm at around the same place with the same frustrations. Right now my goal is to do some walking and to log in and log everything. It's time to fix this.

    Hi! I have a similar stuggle. Losing weight and then gaining and then relosing the weight. I've started back up this year, since May 2017 to be exact, that I have to stay on track this time. Back in 2014 and early 2015 i lost a lot, then mid 2015 and 2016, i gained more then half back, and now since May I've been slowly getting back to where i left off. You can do it, don't give up! Slow progress is still progress! Add me if you'd like, I'll be happy to help motivate you. :)
