Any advice? I used to be so good about going to the gym and eating right. I've been stress eating and gained a lot

Get yourself a food scale, weigh and log your food accurately, set yourself to 0.5-1lb per week loss, whichever is most sustainable for you, eat foods you like and stick to your calorie allowance. You dont' need to go to the gym to lose weight, as long as you stick to your calorie allowance you will lose weight, however exercise is good for your health and incorporating some sort of strength training will help you retain muscle as you lose fat.
