Mine keep on falling when I jog and it's just so distracting

I am a distance runner myself, so I feel your pain. It is REALLY annoying and takes away from my focus. I asked this very question not very long ago over the in the fitness section and based upon this feedback I ended up buying the plantronics backbeat fit.
I have only been using it for a couple of weeks now, but so far so good. Long battery life and no more worrying about the buds falling out.2 -
I use RunPhones - little speakers built into a headband. I rarely listen to music or podcasts while running for a few reasons. One, I don't get bored, even on long runs because I run trails. Two, I think it's incredibly important to be aware of my surroundings. Because the RunPhones look like a headband, I don't look like a vulnerable target to ne'ers-do-well, and they allow me to hear what's going on around me.
They're also very nice because I can lie on my side in bed while wearing these. (I frequently listen to relaxation stuff in an effort to fall asleep.) They're really comfortable.
It's worth noting that I don't like the feel of earbuds inside my ears, or of headphones over my ears. What makes an ideal earphone for me may not matter to you.0 -
I use some cheap bluetooth ones off Amazon which I find less likely to fall out because they aren't trying to stay physically connected to my phone whilst I am bounding about.0

I use The Back Beat's as well! I've had my pair for 2+years and I love them!
They are Bluetooth, so no cords.
They are a ear bud hybrid, they do sit in your ear but they don't plug into your ear like ear buds. Which prove to be a little more comfortable and also allows you to have a little situational awareness and hear things around you even with the headphones on.
Battery life I believe is about 4 hours, so unless your running marathons they are great!
I believe they are about $80 Prime on Amazon.

Panasonic ErgoFit from amazon (specific model keeps changing). It comes with 3 sizes of earbud caps, so they can get a good fit. That said, you may want to consider bluetooth.0

I just purchased the bone conducting ear phones, which do not go in your ears. I love them.0

Before just used the earbuds that come with iphone but my ex gf got me the powerbeats3 earlier this year. They're wireless so I can just leave my phone in the cubby and not be distracted by it. Sound quality is great and bass is nice. Never had any problems with them coming out from jogging or lifting.0
