Does anyone have any new/interesting ideas for breakfast? I've just about beaten all the eggs I can handle.

Overnight oats were a game changer for me. Pre-make the night before and leave in the fridge. Just be sure to buy whole rolled oats, he ones hat take time to cook. They’ll soften overnight, but the “instant” variety will just turn to mush. There are a million recipes out there, but once you get the basics, you can really make it with tons of stuff. I’ve tried variations of all of these:

I recently discovered Baked Oatmeal. I make it with smashed banana, milk, toasted pecans, cinnamon and nutmeg. It's a really delicious change. Just google it and you'll find tons of recipes.
