Help determining activity level

Hello all,
I'm a bit confused about what activity level I am.
I am a lumber grader by trade.
The job is about 80% standing in 1 area, flipping boards that weigh between 5 to 200 lbs (average is like 50lbs) for inspection, other activities to include stacking the lumber (which burns about 350 cal/hr) on the green chain, pushing packs of lumber (that weigh between 2 to 6 tons), climbing structures to clear out lumber jams (lifting and throwing said boards), as well as occasional machine maintenance. I work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Outside of work, there are occasional activities such as yard work, carpentry, hiking, etc.
I'm not sure if I'm lightly active or just active.
Any help would be appreciated.

That sounds like active to me!
Another option if you want to do the investment is to get a HRM and use that to adjust your calories through the day based on your activity level. A lot of people use the Fitbit for this purpose.1 -
Yeah - that sounds pretty darn active. I'd start there. If after a month or so you're not losing as much as you should be then you can adjust down but you don't want to start out under eating.3

Thanks, I can't really afford a fitbit right now (plus I'd probably destroy it at work) but thank you for the recommendation.1
