A healthy cut? Please help.

I'm 21, very athletic and can cook the basics nonetheless. I weigh 170 lbs(77 kg), max bench is 225, squat @295 and deadlift @315. Not exactly sure what my BMI is but I suppose I'm around 15-20. I don't look fat at all, I have skinny looking legs and pretty nice upper body. No abs though, I want to get abs and cut to 150-155 lbs (68-70 kg) while still looking muscular since I am told that I am. A friend of mine said that I should eat 1500 calories a day to make that happen. My current diet I will be trying to do is (meal 1) egg whites with oats and protein shakes with a banana, (meal 2) shrimp and tuna, (meal 3) white rice and chicken, and lastly oats before bed. All I drink is milk and at least half a gallon of water by the way.
So hypothetically speaking, if I can round my food intake above, to 1500 calories, would that be healthy or not? I tend to workout 4-5 days a week. I know I need more veggies, so I was wondering if I can grind up veggies in my blender and intake it like a veggie juice, would that be just as healthy or no? Thanks for the help in advance!

That sounds like a boring-as-bat-poop old school bodybuilding diet. It's also very low in fat.
Do you not like food? You can eat whatever food you like.... But, yes you need vegies. And fats.
Without any info besides your weight it's difficult to determine whether 1500 cals is suitable - it's likely not though. Put you stats in to MFP to get a calorie goal for 1lb a week loss - eat what it tells you. Keep lifting!
ETA. If your bmi is really that low, it's unlikely you have much muscle, and you're probably underweight. A bulk might be more appropriate to actually build some muscle.1 -

I mean, you can check out my latest pic on IG.(@yourenottimmy) I don't upload my progress much but my latest pic MAY be of help. Okay, MFP says 2680 and after I put in what this diet would be, it gets me to about 1800. That's without knowing the actual macros of the food I have. And yes, I do eat love eating, I eat out kind of a bit but I just feel like its affecting my physique.

then i agree with @livingleanlivingclean, 150 is low to have much in the way of muscle mass, but if you are aiming to be small with abs then thats fine, i would set MFP to lose 0.5lb per week and keep lifting to reduce your bodyfat.
your diet sounds boring and too low in fat. add some peanut butter in, full fat milk and some fruit and veg.1 -

Forsure, should I add the peanut butter to my shake or PB wheat bread sandwiches, or eat it in both?0 -

What ^^they said. also, eat the whole egg, nut just the whites. You're wasting the bit with all the nutrients in it, and that will also help get your fat intake up.
I can highly recommend peanut butter in chocolate protein shakes (though my pb also has dark chocolate in it, for extra chocolatey goodness).1 -
All I'll say is eat the whole damn egg. When are we gonna let go of this egg white nonsense?5

I'll change up the diet then. Thanks for your guys help.0

Are abs REALLY that important that you'd go that thin just to get them?1

Thats why I am asking if its a healthy decision or not0 -
Clearly, I shouldn't then0

1500 is too low for you even for a cut. 2200-2300 is much more advisable.
I would suggest a recomp. Eat at maintenance and lift.0
