Hey Everyone

I just started Jillian Michaels' Ripped in 30 today...who wants to join me??? Add me as a friend and I will help you through it as you help me through it. Together we will be RIPPED!!!

  • i had it and did it till half way through level 2 and then lost the disk when i had a little too much wine and now I do my own routine from memory concentrating more on toning my tummy, arms and legs and I feel it more! I ride my bike every day about 9 miles so cardio is covered anyway.

    It is good though and if you stick to it I would have thought it would work, I just like to spend longer on each part of my body and really feel it the next few days :-)

    The wife and I started Ripped in 30 together on Aug 1st. We did 30 Day shred in July. Now on Ripped in 30. So far the first 2 days have been good. Hoping for great results! Good luck everyone!

    I did level 2 day 1 yesterday and it was brutal! i am skipping level 1; i started before and did level 1 and i dont think its challenging enough for me..I am doing the dvd for 6 weeks. 2 weeks at level 2, level 3, and level 4. 3 days a week with insanity mixed in on the other 3 days.

    It's tougher than I thought (I am used to Insanity & P90X) so I was rather impressed with her. Feel like I am going to get great results with the program. I would definitely try it! Good luck :~)
