I'm 6ft. 170lbs. I also want to cut about 15lbs then bulk and build muscle.0

Just shy of 6' and already down to the mid 170's. Would like 10-15 lbs of lean muscle.0

I'm 53 and 6ft tall and weigh 195 at the moment. Would love to get to 180-185 and also gain some muscle and strength but I love to eat. Having trouble making that first step to the weight room because I play tennis almost every other day. I am looking for some support and encouragement to get started.0
