    minimalistbaker and cookie and kate. MB is vegan but you can easily sub in non-vegan/vegetarian ingredients too. C&K is vegetarian based. I have yet to try a recipe from either I haven't made again :)

    Those are our staples, but you can pick up countless Thai, Chinese (we are particular to Sichuan and Fushia Dunlop books), Indian and ensure that they are vegetarian.

    Mark Bttman has a great vegetarian cookbook. Lots of lists and how tos. Sadly no pictures. Check your library too. Online I loom at Pinterest for general ideas.
