suggestions for feet/ankle supports

Both my ankles are killing me even when I'm not exercising, just walking. The pain goes down my right foot across the top as well. Found a couple of ankle supports, popped them on this morning but they did nothing. Does anyone know of or use any good ones? I need good strong ones. Max £10 maybe £15 for 2 or ones you lengthen yourself. Any help appreciated. Even exercises for the stupid things!

    Have you seen a Dr to determine the cause of the pain?

    I have a very painful knee and sometimes use Voltarol gel which is okay - but I also take Diclofenac tablets on bad days.

    This is something you should speak to your GP about, or maybe see a podiatrist or physiotherapist. My first stop would be the GP and take it from there :smile:
