Hey guys,

2nd updating post from me. Been doing this for 6 months and although it's slowed down, I am nearing my first goal of 130 lbs. 7.6 to go!! Might re-evaluate and go to 125. Time to stop slacking on the food and exercise... haven't been eating too healthy lately.

Started: 170.6 lbs 41" Chest 36" Waist 41" Hips
Current: 138.8 lbs 36" Chest 31.5" Waist 35" Hips
(current is from July 9th)
