My Goals: To have dropped 10 pounds by the end of Fall 2017 & I plan to do this by calorie counting - 1600 with moderate cardio activity

Hi! I totally agree that the journey is much easier when you have more people on your side.
My fitness goal for fall 2017 is to lose my first 20 lbs and get back on track so that I can accomplish my ultimate goal of 40-50 lbs. I’m trying to kick white bread, white rice, and sweets and try doing more walking.
I’m going to add you because I’ll definitely need the motivation (Anybody else, please feel free to add me too!)1 -
I'm jumping in here too! My goal is to lose my last 23lbs by the end of 2017. So far I've lost 22.8lbs and I'm ready to push to reach my goal! I've been successful with calorie counting (about 1200+exercise calories) and light exercise, but to accomplish the last 20lbs I'm going to kick it up a notch and add some strength training and longer stretches of cardio into my routine. By the end of the year I hope to be leaner, stronger, and just overall a happier person! I'm adding you both for the motivation and accountability2

Same! I'm a sucker for bread, rice, and sweets! I'm also trying to lay off of French fries and beans.1 -
