Hi everyone ive lost 2 stone 3lbs on slimming word ive been stuck for 5 weeks so thought i would try this along side anyone have any tips

    Slimming World has a lot of foods that it considers to be free foods and you can have unlimited amounts of them but if you counted the calories you were possibly eating at maintenance rather than being in a deficit hence no weight loss for 5 weeks.

    I have lost 4st now with this app on and off and looking to drop the last 3st now.
