I get it now, Im in my 40's and in NYC... are you?
Im no longer the 20 something year old that can eat what I want when i want. I haven't been that for some time but I haven't changed and Im having trouble with exercise and committing to eat right though I know it is the only natural way to do it. I know longer get a rush from exercise and want to do it every day. I get exhausted and my back and knees hurt carrying my weight.
My denial is gone but the fat is still here and is not willing to just disappear on its own, no matter how much I wish it away and exercise in my dreams. Yes, I am on a mission in my dreams, exercising this fat off of me with the joy I need to do it. Then I wake up too embarrassed to do anything.
Can anyone relate?

It could possibly be but the food is SOOOO good that it's also easy to do just the opposite. I miss NYC.2 -

Oh I know! I visit as often as I can. Was just there late May this year.0
