Hey y’all. I’m restarting my fitness journey after taking a 2 month break. My main goal is to tone up. Anyone doing any workout videos? I prefer to workout at home and would like some recommendations. I did two rounds of 21 day fix and want to try something else. Feel free to add me!

i do Fitness Blender. they have youtube videos, but i paid $10 for their workout program2

Ideal Shape has all their videos on YouTube... 12 weeks worth. I'm going to try to restart them myself!2

BodyRockTV is awesome! There’s a ton of free workouts on YouTube and on instagram. Lisa Marie kicks some serious *kitten*. I prefer working out at home as well. Feel free to add me for support0

Try Insanity max 30 from ma man Shaun T. It really kicks *kitten* and gets the muscles to tone up quickly. And its only 30 mins a day.0
