Hey all! I'm looking for friends as well. I've put on 25LBS over the past 8 months. I've been blaming a shoulder injury for the weight gain, though in retrospect I know I've just used it as an excuse to eat bad. Well that injury has progressed to surgery in 2 weeks and I'm determined to not use it as an excuse to gain weight. I could really use a support network to continue healthy eating habits while I rehab over the next couple of months. Thanks!3

I'm 5'8" and 173 atm. I'm looking to lost 25-35 pounds (small frame) through mindful eating and moving more. My biggest goals are to cease all eating Out aside from special occasions and to run a 10k this spring.2 -

Hi may name is Joe. I have been married to my wife Cathy for 33 years. Over the last 15 months it has be one medical issue after another. I am currently starting walking at least one mile a day. I am using the dash diet but it is a little difficult to get started. I am looking for support and will return the same.
