I have started with this program on the advice of my dietician. I have a physical disability that requires me to use a walker in the house and a power chair outside of the house. I all of the daily menus it says I am not likely eating enough.

So what is your question? If you are trying to figure out how many calories to eat based upon your lessened activity level, we'd need more info...

Are you under medical supervision, in addition to the dietician? If so, given your limited activity, it may well be that MFP's general advice about minimum calorie consumption is not applicable to, especially if your current weight is creating critical risks to your health that are greater than the risk caused by a low-calorie level. We can't know what's right for you, and you should be getting medical advice from a doctor who knows your specific situation.

I do have a doctor and he sent me to the dietician (who told me about this site). What I don't understand is when I finish logging my calories for the day it says I'm not eating enough. I have other medical issues (Spina Bifida) and am only 4'5" tall so if I eat more then I feel terrible. The reason for me to do this is to lose weight so that I can get some surgery done.
