I love to see what people are eating as it gives me new ideas for recipes and change. I also love to see people’s success stories & helping them come out of struggles as well. ❤️

    I too have an open food diary (to public). I log daily, support my friends, I eat between 1200 and 1500 calories a day. I eat LCHF (due to being diabetic) I also eat 5 to 6 times a day. Feel free to add me.
