Hey guys looking for nutritious meal ideas? Also what's the best time to run before or after a meal thank you

I've always heard run fasted for weight loss and after a (light) meal for performance, but that may just be broscience, idk.
I personally have a couple of eggs and a cup of coffee about 30 minutes before running.1 -
I had to research that because of taking kids to sports. Somewhere I heard give them an hour before activity.1

Thanks for replying, I eat absolutely anything , I've cut out red meat , so fish and chicken as main meals , but breakfast I'm at a loss , I don't know what to make that's completely healthy I use to eat cereal all the time but discovered there's hidden sugars , I want to lose weight .1

Breakfast keep nice and simple
Egg whites with spinach (make into omelette) splash of balsamic vinegar
And small serving of oats with water and a sprinkle of cinammon - start with 30g of oats and monitor weight : progress in the mirror
This will ensure blood glucose levels stay stable and save an insulin spike which would lead to possible fat gain from sugar storage.1 -
