New mom wanting to lose 20lbs

Hello! I am a new mother of an 11 month old boy! I used to be a crossfit. Level 1 trainer who coached and workout and competed. It was my life. Now in back in the gym (regular gym) trying to.rebuild my strength and shed some fat! Wish me luck.

Good luck! I never did crossfit but had a personal coach for strength training. I'm only 2 weeks post partum but I hope to be able to shed this pregnancy last 25 pounds and retone and recomp my body. It seems like I'll never get it back to how it was but I'm determined to try!! I start with my coach again in January.0
