Weightloss journey to 69kg

Hi, I'm a 43 year old woman who wants to lose weight (25kg or 55lbs).
My starting weigt is 94 kg and I have 164cm (5`4.5``). Tomorow I will start my weigtloss journey.
My plan is to workout at home (4-5 times a week), to track food with myfitnesspal (1670kcal) and see what result I would have.
Here I will write my weight loss diary and I hope that way I will keep the motivation. Please support me.

Buy a digital food scale if don't already have one. You need to weigh all your intake. Good luck.1

It is great you're taking pictures! Progress pics have been my greatest motivator! I only regret that my first taken was after I already lost 5kg. I've gone from 75kg to 61kg. The difference in my pics is stunning! (you should take some selfies in your undies as well. Obviously don't post them here hehe)
