Hey there, my goal is to lose about 5-10lbs and I was wondering if there are any recipes for lunch and dinner that can help with the weight loss. I already have breakfast down and the meal I'm eating is great!

Also if you eat fried foods, start eating them grilled, steamed, baked, or pan seared instead. That's been a big change for my meals.

"Healthy" can mean different things to different people. What do you consider "Healthy" so that we may have an idea of where to guide you? Personally when I want a recipe Pinterest is a great start. Tons of "healthy" recipes to be found there.

unprocessed food lot of veggies, complex carbs like brown rice. Recipe often have to much salt or gravy or bad stuff in it. I make my own recipe with a scale so i know how much i gain from my meal and i cook with Olive oil because most of the time my fat % intake is too low.
