I have struggled with my weight for a while and now that i have decided to dedicate myself to fitnesspal i was wondering if anyone had tips? especially for the 1200 cal meal ideas?

    Welcome! My best tip would be to plan ahead. I plan out how I'm going to eat my next day's calories (meals & snacks) the night before. I usually overeat if I wait until I'm hungry to figure it out because I will grab the first thing I see.
