I had surgery on July 15th. Today was the first day that I really felt like exercising. I started with only 10 minutes in mind but I did the whole 30 min dvd. I am so happy about that. I'm looking forward to building my energy back up so I can get back in the gym. I will take it day by day. Just wanted to share. Thanks to this website and all my MFP friends. Good luck in everything you do, not just weight loss but in life.....

:flowerforyou: That is a great attitude. I had surgery in March to repair my leg w/ rods and screws. I wasn't able to walk for 2 months and now that I am finally almost healed I am able to start to head to the gym. Of course I use weight machines 3x a week at PT but an added one or two days on my own are going to be nice!!
  • Hi
I'm getting ready to have my 2nd hip replacement in Oct. (1st one was in Feb, of this year). I've been doing Zumba Fitness (with the dvd's), a bit rough at first, but fun. Go at your own pace, it gets to be big fun.
    Enjoy.
