What do you guys think of adpeix...... I am getting really discourage and want to see some changes Thats why I been missing in action Help plezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

    It's been discussed - search the forum for the posts. Spell it correctly when you search - it's Adipex.

    If you want to do it the drug-free way.. like thousands of others have done.. read the top sticky post in this forum, carefully. It's pretty much all you need.. besides commitment to your goal. :+1:

    My husband was on adipex and lost weight. He was also horrible to be around - a lot of anger, more snappish than usual, just horrible tempered. I made him get off of it. And of course as soon as he did, he put the weight back on.

    My doctor gave me an option to give it a try. So far it's been working awesome. There is something about being on it that seems to take the edge off of my unstoppable appetite and cravings where NOTHING else was working. I tried everything, increasing lean proteins switching to whole grains, cutting out sugar adding in more fresh fruits and vegetables eating clean, nothing got rid of my hunger.

    After only 1 month of being on adipex it curbed my insatiable appetite enough to stay within my goals. Because of that I lost 10 lbs my first month without feeling starved. The side effects of feeling nervous/jittery wore off in a few days. After reading the previous post I most definitely will check out the "sticky" to see if there's anything there that I haven't already tried.
