AUG. WK TO WK CHALLENGES

So i really want to start my own challenge 4 weeks each week i will have a new challenge and the whole week to complete it. feel free to try it out if youd like. add me if you want and update your progress here if you want. so here it goes:

WEEK ONE: Burn 500 cals everyday for 7 days totaling cals burned 3500.

WEEK TWO: 700 jumping jacks must be done along with your other workouts. thats 100 jumping jacks a day.

WEEK THREE: Run/jog/Walk 7 miles. you can do however many miles a day you can handle and feel free to go over if your like.

WEEK FOUR: 700 lunges must be done with your other workouts. thats 100 lunges a day.

WE CAN DO THIS.!!!

Note: this is not a group. i only started this becus i wanted to challenge myself without joining any groups. and thought some of you might be intrested. no weight/measurments required. just enjoy yourself with a friendly weekly goal. and if you cant finish a week thats OKK.
