Hey everyone! I'm Delaney and i'm from the DMV. I've worked with trainers, tracked macros, and done extensive research over the past year. Just recently i've decided to become a personal trainer and i'm beginning to gather my study materials. *IF ANYONE HAS ADVICE ON BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINER IN THE DC/METRO AREA, LET ME KNOW* I started my weight loss journey as a junior in high school but didn't become serious about it until December of last year. Since then, I have lost about 15lbs and my body has recomposed with with lower body fat and significantly more muscle. Now that i've become comfortable with my body I would like to learn to maintain my current weight of about 120-123lbs with exercise as a part of my daily life. I struggled with MOST unhealthy eating habits and obsessions. I actively work to prevent returning to an emotional relationship with food.
