5lbs at a time. New to the community

Hey everyone! Im a husband, a father of 2, and a full-time MBA student. Id love to connect with people to hold each other accountable and motivate one another!
My strategy for goal setting has been 5lbs at a time, weigh in once a week. So far im down 15lbs in the last few months. Im loving how much healthier I feel and how much more fit I feel. 4 months ago I could barely run for 5 mins, and two weeks ago I ran a 5k, doing another one this week.

Congrats on your weight loss so far! I also look at losing 5 pounds at a time otherwise it's just too overwhelming to think about losing so much weight. I'm always looking for more MFP friends to hold me accountable and I'll do that for you, too. I'll send friend request.0
