I’m excited to get on track with my health and fitness. I am learning that I need to make the time for myself. It’s my responsibility to get healthy and be open about wanting to shed pounds. I also learned that I made my own excuses for having no time; family time, work, study, chores, etc. the experiences I have read are so inspiring because I am able fit exercise into my life...no excuses!

Now that I started this and shared my goals with my hubby and children, well, they are all so happy and supportive for me. I should have done this sooner! Lol!!!

Thank you all for your I inspirational posts and sharing your stories! I am working right along side you now!!!

Already lost 8 lbs and have 42 more to go!!! I got this!
