so..i just finished 8 weeks of Zumba class (twice a week)
I have taken:
1/2 inch off my arm
2 inches off my thigh
2 inches off my hips
1.5 inches off my chest (my flaps on my back are disappearing)
4 inches off my waist.
the new class (i signed up thru the local college) starts in September, but i can buy some classes to tide me over..i can also go to the lake and swim and perhaps even..(gulp) run...

it is alot of fun...the first few times was challenging until we got to know the routines....after a few weeks our instructor would throw in a new song/routine, so we didnt get bored..we did 45-50 minutes of Zumba and then we did some ab work (which probably did the work on my 4 inches i lost!)
I recommend Zumba to everyone and anyone..my stepdaughter recommended it to me.0
