Hello! I'm Sarah, I've been a MFP'er before (many, many years ago).
My current journey is about maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
I eat low FODMAP/AIP Paleo (ish). I also understand that YOLO and sometimes there is nothing better than pizza and ice cream!

My goals on MFP are to keep track of my diet as I am using food and exercise to manage Insulin Resistance, I have no family history of T1 or T2 diabetes. I am working with my GP, naturopath, and a physio to manage the IR and to ensure that I do everything I can to support my health!
I am also working closely with a chiro and physio with some nerve issues which limit the ways I am able to exercise. I am, at heart, a dancer and yogi. More recently I've had to adapt to walking and now starting to swim. One day, sooner than later I will get back to a more active practice of dance and yoga!
I am 27, married, and would like to think ahead to starting a family at 30 or maybe a little before. To this end I am very focused on looking after myself and would love to have friends on MFP in a similar situation as I feel accountability buddies make the journey so much easier!
This is me, I'm a bit of a dork so I will put stickies over my head
