Ketosis and intermitting fasting for 2 weeks

Alright everyone, who is in to this challenge?
So, practically, we gotta eat in a time period of 8 hours and the rest of 16 hours to fast.
By eating a ketogenic diet, it will be easier to fast, because all of that protein and fat will keep you feeling full. I've often find myself fasting just by stopping eating carbs, without meaning it.
So, let's see what results we will have if we keep this for 2 weeks.
We can have one cheat day per week
And after one week to post your results
Also after week 2
What do you think?

    Good to hear that!
    I'm on my third day already
    Yesterday wasn't my best day for ketosis, i had a little to much grams of carbs, somewhere around 78g.
    Today will be surelly better.
    I feel full for a long time after lunch, so it's fine.
    What about you?

    Same here, Though, I think the two weeks will be fairly easy. Since I am horrible at finding time to prep my meals I found Ketofridge.com, Its not cheating right? :smiley: Idk it fits my lifestyle. I eat out too much to begin with so figured its a win win. I still "eat out" and can be keto with out thinking about it.
