Hello! I'm new as well!
Over the years I've developed horrible eating habits. I ate fast food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I've always had a high metabolism and I just knew that it was gonna stay that way forever... NOT! Slowly but surely my pants no longer fit... Hell yea I blamed the dryer... LMAO! But that wasn't the case... With a history of diabetes & high blood pressure in my family, I knew I had to do something to become more healthy.
I'm looking for fun ways to lose weight! Any tips anyone has is greatly appreciated!
