50/25/25 food and meal ideas

I just went to a nutritionist and she wants me on a 1500 cal diet 50% carbs 25% fat 25% protein. I have a few ideas and what she gave me but I need more variety and choices much more. Can you help please???

    Have you tried logging a day of food in advance and manipulating foods and quantities to hit the macro breakdown you want?

    What balance are you currently at? I would log “current normal” for a few days and see where you are. You may not have to make too drastic of changes to get there, depending on how your diet is now.

    50% carbs 25% fat 25% protein is a healthy balance between macro nutrients, so it's very easy to make tasty. Go to the grocery store. Buy foods you can cook with. Cook, eat, enjoy.

    i agree with pre logging to see what you can have.

    also, find some pals with a similar calorie goal for ideas.
