I just went to a nutritionist and she wants me on a 1500 cal diet 50% carbs 25% fat 25% protein. I have a few ideas and what she gave me but I need more variety and choices much more. Can you help please???

Have you tried logging a day of food in advance and manipulating foods and quantities to hit the macro breakdown you want?3

What balance are you currently at? I would log “current normal” for a few days and see where you are. You may not have to make too drastic of changes to get there, depending on how your diet is now.0

50% carbs 25% fat 25% protein is a healthy balance between macro nutrients, so it's very easy to make tasty. Go to the grocery store. Buy foods you can cook with. Cook, eat, enjoy.0

also, find some pals with a similar calorie goal for ideas.0
