Re-downloaded the app after over a year.. i only have a small weightloss goal but i want to feel fit & healthy again..
Havent used the forum before so be nice please! ☺

    Awww thanks a bunch!

    I'd reached my goal back then so i stopped being so healthy.. the weight has creeped back on so its time to make changes
