I have been told I need to be on a low sodium diet. I am having trouble finding stuff for dinners that are low in sodium. Any suggestions?

What kinds of things are you typically eating for dinner now?0

You will need to make most things from fresh, dried, or frozen. There are a few canned gems. You can get no salt added tomato products, canned greens, and beef broth. Make your own beans. Canned ones have high sodium. Start learning to use spices, especially peppers. Make sure to check the sodium on condiments.0

There's no salt added beans as well, for example from eden organic https://www.edenfoods.com/store/images/products/nlea/102980.gif1

Learn to do without bread and cheese. Before you go further, answer these questions: Who told you? Why?
Did a doctor tell you? If so, that's good because a doctor is the only person you should heed with such an instruction. NOT a trainer. NOT a nutritionist. For certain not a chiropractor. I don't suspect that a registered Dietitian would give such an instruction without a medical referral.
Assuming a doctor told you, is this to reduce high blood pressure?
If this is to reduce high blood pressure, you're in luck. Using the food diary of myfitnesspal to count your calories, you can lose weight. By losing weight, you can relieve the stress on your heart and blood vessels and bring your blood pressure down.
Do you exercise? By engaging in such cardiovascular exercise as you can at this stage of your life, you can become able to engage in more as you lose weight and gain cardiovascular fitness. If you persist at trying, you can become healthier, more fit, with a dramatically lower blood pressure, and with a low resting heart rate as the artifact of a very healthy heart.

Cook your own meals without added salt.1 -
Look into the DASH diet.
You'll need to make your own sauces, for things like pasta, salad dressing or salsa. Meat is easy to do low sodium.

I cook most my own food. I don't have a medical reason to limit sodium but I like to stay within the recommended daily as much as possible.
There are many low sodium canned goods like diced tomatoes, tomato paste/sauce, low sodium beans, vegetables as well, etc. There are low sodium sauces like Worcestershire, Soy sauce, Salsa's, LOW/NO salt added Broths, etc.
I avoid frozen/prepackaged frozen dinners, appetizers, etc. You can buy frozen or fresh veggies.
Use low sodium sauces and spices to flavor your meals.0 -

Whole foods...cook from scratch. Processed foods typically have a lot of sodium to preserve shelf life.
Also keep in mind that low sodium doesn't mean no sodium...sodium is an essential electrolyte...having too little is just as bad as having too much.0
