Do you care if family members support you in your weight loss
journey or do you do it for yourself. As long as I believe in this weigh loss journey I don’t care if I have other support.

I'm the same. It used to matter now I will do what makes me feel happy and healthy!
A colleague at work today told me I was getting too thin. She is the same height as me and in my opinion (not that I would voice it to her or anyone that knows her) very underweight for her height. I'm 5'11 and she looks (note looks but it's a good estimate) to be approximately 8 stone. I just shrugged it off.
I figure if she is happy and feels healthy then I wouldn't comment to her so I just brushed her comment to me asidex

I wish I had support, but ultimately I am doing this for myself. I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and decided that I was taking control of it.0
